Preschool (Babies - Kindergarten)

Our Preschool Sunday School teachers are committed to getting to know and understand your preschooler so that their needs can be met, and they can be taught in a way that communicates to them. In Preschool Life Groups (Sunday School), they will learn about God, Jesus, the Bible, church, family, others, self, and the natural world. Teachers use art, blocks, puzzles, books, music, and home-living centers to involve children in age-appropriate learning activities. In Preschool Sunday School, we are building a foundation for a child’s life-long spiritual development.  If you can only bring your child to church one hour each week. I would suggest you bring him to Sunday School.

Children (Grades 1-5)

Our Children’s Life Group (Sunday School) teachers are aware that your child is special and unique. They provide hands-on Bible teaching which is age appropriate. They desire that each child will come to know God, understand what it means to be a part of God's church, learn how to worship God, grow in Christian knowledge and understanding, develop attitudes which will encourage personal growth, develop habits which promote Christ-like conduct, and use their talents and skills to serve God and others. (For parents of 4th and 5th graders who attend the 9 a.m. worship service with their children, there is also a 10:15 a.m. Life Group (Sunday School) for 4th and 5th graders.

E.T.C. - Early Teaching Care

Preschool (Babies - Kindergarten) - Sundays at 9 a.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.

ETC is the teaching time for Babies - Kindergarten which happens during each of the adult worship services (Sunday morning, evening, and Wednesday evening). During ETC, the same Bible stories are taught and lessons reinforced.

Wednesdays

Preschool Choir (Age 3 - Kindergarten) - 6 p.m. throughout school year.  In Preschool Choir, children not only learn to worship through song, they are also taught Christian values. They are involved in leading the church in worship experiences several times throughout the year. 

TeamKID Preschool (Age 3 - Kindergarten) and Children (Grades 1-5) - 6:30 p.m.  TeamKID is a recreation-based club where children are taught Bible skills. Bible lessons are applied to their everyday lives in a fun-club atmosphere. There are currently four TeamKID clubs to meet the needs of each distinct age group.

Thursdays - 9 a.m. - Noon

Mom’s Day Out is a ministry to mothers of preschoolers in our church and community. Our goal is to provide times of fellowship, as well as regular blocks of free time, and to purposefully teach preschool age children about the love of God. We meet every other Thursday from 9 a.m. - 12 noon, throughout the school year. Every 2 months we have a fellowship. When we are not having a fellowship, moms are free to leave the church campus while their children are in class. To register for Mom’s Day Out, please contact Jerri Trammel.
